Hints Needed with Eagle Eye Mysteries

I posted this yesterday in the General Topics, and Sid suggested that I try posting here. I've been playing Eagle Eye Mysteries and Eagle Eye Mysteries in London and I'm stuck on 2 cases: The Case of the Buried Booty from Eagle Eye Mysteries and The Case of the Professor's Pen Pal from Eagle Eye Mysteries in London. Both are from the 3rd set of cases.
