I came across this South American site (from Chile, I think), it has a pretty good list of games (full games).
This site has a nice layout featuring categories, descriptions for every game uploaded, reviews, videos, and obviously download links.

EDIT: Some of the games are translated into Spanish... So you might want to take that into consideration before downloading.
