- Violence lock:
To reset the password to blank, create a shortcut to SoF2.exe.
Right click on it -> Properties -> add "+set lock_blood 0" to the Target line.
Start the game with the shortcut: now you have access to the violence options.

- Updates:
Afaik all the official patches (including the 1.03 ...

Use dxdiag and lower your sound acceleration level.
Set it first to no acceleration at all, it should work. Then try to increase it..

BTW you should dl and apply the Direct3D patch 1.5 (beta).
It's not protected and works with the rip.

There were at least 3 fixes for this rip (2 by MYTH, 1 by DD) but none of them is needed if you got the speech addon.

Try this:
- Start SoF2MP.exe
- Go to violence lock menu
- Click Enter then Set Password, leave the fields empty and click OK
- Exit
- Start SoF2.exe

It should work now

Never played this game.. But I just downloaded the 3DSL rip (+ fix) in order to compare it with the original OGN release (+ the 100% fix by the same group) and here's what I found:
- no reg file in the 3DSL rip,
- fix not applied,
- a bunch of .TMP files in the custom/cache dir of the 3DSL rip which ...

This game works on Windows XP, but requires some alterations. The game is real naggy when it comes to memory. It requires at least 590K of free conventional memory. You can reach this in many ways, but the way I used is the following:
