Unable 2 play Unreal Tournament (1999)

Hi every1.
I am new here. The first game I decided 2 download was Unreal Tournament - as my PC is an old one ( 400 MHz , 8 MB V-RAM , some unknown sound card ...etc...)-
Anyways,
After I downloaded UT I un-rared all files and then - as it was written in the readme file - I had to run REBUILD.EXE
But , when I clicked on it an MS-DOS window opened and it showed
""XAUDIO : debug source = 0 (no input file)
XAUDIO : Cannot open input file""

I dont know what 2 do.
Plz help.

try to run setup.bat instead if it exists........

Unfortunately, loki m8 such a file doesnt exist. Do u know where I can get it from or do u know any other way 2 make the game work?

it has to work, does your soundcard works good? maybe you should upload some drivers, or download a codec pack!

thats the error when the sound files are not rebuilt.
if theres no setup.bat than its pooched.
