Slave Zero (full explanation)

-I have downloaded all packed files (40 of them+ 2 .nfo +1 .sfv files)
-I extracted them to /Slave Zero/ folder
-Then Extracted ACE to same /Slave Zero/ folder
-Now I have .exe and install, but when I start any of those I get error (later explained)
-I also tried to extract ACE to /Slave extracted/ and than copy files "szoptions" and "slave zero registration entries" from /Slave Zero/ to /Slave extracted" and still I got error when tried to start .exe file.

Error is "xdfe52.fll has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience"

I seems that game is not instaled, but I cant install it because i get that error.

Tried on Win XP SP1

When I unzipped the 40 zip files I had a .ace called ACE.ace and a install file called Install.exe. Now im pretty sure the install file is for people who dont want to use winace. I used the install file. After it was done I copied over the szoptions.ini and imported the .reg file. I started the game and got the standard old windows error "slavezero.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Woohoo thx for pointing out the fix man i was just reminiscing about this game


There is some corrupted graphics in the far ditsnce using d3d.dll.

I also tried using the glide wrapper fro 3dfx mode. The graphics had no corruption, but for some reason it crashes after the intro.
