Duke Nukem 3D : Plutonium Pak Memory Problem

When I try to install it, it give me this message: "You do not have enough memory to install Duke Nukem 3D. You must have an 8mb machine to install and play this game"

I have 256mb of memory under Win98
I've tried to install it under Dos... doesn't work...

Help? :lol:
