Trouble installing movies for Grandia II

I downloaded all the files for Grandia II. The game files and music files unpacked just fine and the game plays perfectly, but when I try to unpack the sound files, the MS-DOS window opens and it starts UHARC, but before it actually starts extracting, it says that it can't write file "UHARC".

Looks like I messed up while packing the movies. I'll repack and reupload them soon.

That would be awesome, thanks. I played Grandia II on Dreamcast, I think, and it was one of my all-time favorite RPGs.
