Ultimate gaming OST

Post by Gajin »

What about making the list of the best songs to listen during 3d shooting? List of song which you sing with the sing(ers) while loading bullets in enemies?

1. Motorhead - Killers
2. Iron Maiden - Killers
3. Equilibrium - Wingthors Hammer
4. Negator - Darksteel (DL - 100% legal)(WARNING - it's hardcore techno!)
5. Mental Corpse feat. Mister Joker - Ass fudge (DL - 100% legal)(WARNING - VERY DEADLY. DO NOT LOAD AT 100% VOLUME)
6. Enhiridion - (Arise Of Revenge)-(Adoration) - black/death metal band from Poland. Their image (as a 100% evil devilish apocalyptic goth true dark satanic etc.) is funny, but music is good.

Your suggestions? :P

The last one is some kind of noise-grindcore?

All samples here are legal.

For real and pure adrenalin I'd recomment the "Veil of Remembrance" album from Crimson Moonlight. Maximizes your fragcount for sure. Funny thing is: this is "unblack metal" (=christian)! [Song1] [Song2] [Song3] (Don't listen to this if you don't like extreme music)

Some songs by Immortal and Empreror are great for fragging, too. However I did not find any legal (and good) samples.

Also some of In Flames old songs are pretty good for this purpose.

For me the very best however are Suidakra. This is pure energy with incredible celtic melodies. [Song1] [Song2] [Song3]

Uhm, this is not Death Metal at all. I'd say, it's some "core" stuff. Either speedcore, noisecore or something like that. And while I enjoy extreme music, this is not exactly my cup of tea to be honest.
