Help with images

Is there actually any software besides Alcohol 120% that reads any image? The following ones don't work with it:

Deus Ex 2
Doom 3
Unreal 2 (does not work with Daemon Tools either)

Any suggestions?

What exactly do you mean by "reading" an image?

If you need to edit, extract, create ISO images, use one of the following:

ISOBuster
WinISO
UltraISO (I use it)
MagicISO

There are others, but these are the major ones.

If you need to emulate CDs, break copu-protection encryptions and/or mount game ISO images, use one of the following:

Alcohol 120%
Daemon Tools
Nero ImageDrive (only for .ISO and .NRG files) (does not break copy-protections)
Virtual CloneDrive

There are others, but the most widely used are Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

Deus Ex: Invisible War works under Daemon Tools (it uses SecuROM 5 protection).
Doom 3 also works under Daemon Tools (it uses SafeDisc 3 protection).
Unreal 2: The Awakening also works under Daemon Tools (it uses SecuROM 4 protection).

They should work with Alcohol 120% as well. Perhaps you're not doing something right. Also, try creating the images in either Alcohol 120%, BlindWrite, or CloneCD. See what works best for you.

What I mean is I manage to make images out of those games, but when I mount them on the drive they still tell me I need to insert the CD/DVD.

securom from number 4 needs RMPS + subs sectors , cd read at 32x , Rmps dump read at 1X

Safedisk from 2.8 its not burnable but works from a cd-image , so you need Subs sectors with error skip , read at 32x or LOWER , I read at 8x

You got me lost there Could you explain it in a different way, like, what program are we talking about here?

its Alcohol 120% , BUT alcohols RMPS dump its not acurate becoz it can be easly disturbed by any other progi and your game will be in-valid , so to make a perfect clone make a Rmps and the image under BlindWrite - not that modern thing becoz its CRAP , they cut of all the pirate thingis , use BlindWrite version 4.5.7 pfff even securom 7 don`t stand a chance made like 14 clones of it and works perfectly burned WHEN the CLONE pros said nope , then use the BWAedit to check RMPS - if you see spikes then you have a good RMPS of securom if not TRY again , use your DVD/CD reader - burners are to acurate , but if you don`t have no reader try your luck .
After the Rmps check was done , Use Alcohol 120% with Dao/Sao , burn speed 4x and profile sedurom *New* with RMPS { FOR CD} , {for DVD} the lowest speed posible with RMPS or Mounth it in alcohol or dt

after the 200 game i borrowed from my libary and burned i am a clone pro

PS. remember to store your Rmps some place safe for later use , you don`t need the hole image but only the rmps - and the image can be made from your copy but to copy a copy you need that rmps file not that one from your copy - got it , good[/hide]
