there's cd audio in there somewhere, double check with a program like cdex

You're burning with the ccd file not the cue, right?
Only the ccd will burn the cda tracks in a clone image.

track 1 is data how will i add this to audio cd

Download UltraISO, its the best prog for working with images. And just burn the image.
