the original classic JA2 is already a very very good round based strategy game

but with that V 1.13 MOD ( 100 MB download) (newest version v 678)

its amazing just try it out !!!

its awesome really........new resolution.....new sounds.....and a ton of new items and weapons......

so everybody who know`s JA2 and loved it and missed V 1.13 should try it out as soon as possible

It's not THAT hard, although I'll admit that even the Bear's Pit forum doesn't have a sticky pointing to the most recent version.

Anyway... Latest version is v1.13 build 1080

Hm. Over at Bear Pit I read that isn't even the latest version. There's some version much higher than that. They make it rather confusing. *shrugs*

yes under www.khelle.de the mod isnt avaible anymore ill post new links as soon as i found the newest version / EXE

well you cant say that there r newer versions like 1080

the thing is that every now and then new EXE files get released

like the 1147 one....... btw this is the most actual and stable version
avaible right now.....

works quite good as i use it for a long time now......

you cant really say that V 1.13 is a MOD ITSELF
its just well how can i say it.......

with V 1.13 very much things are possible now for modders
its like an SDK gets released for a game....

but the MOD itself is pretty good though new resolutions are avaible
and much much more........

Yes, I admit it IS confusing

But seriously, v1.13 b1080 is the latest true release build. All the others are exe builds containing bug fixes they use as frequent releases to the community (not a bad idea at all, imho). You'll have to trust hurenBock when it comes to release stability.

BTW, for the latest exe build you'll need to install Tortoise svn - which I've personally never used before. It's all in their FAQ. Oh, and they do mention a new "true" release somewhere around month's end.
