Hell A cyberpunk Thriller Installation freeze

In Dosbox, the install hangs at the INSTALLING SPRITES.PL message.

I have all my drives mounted properly.

What's happening? I quit out of Dosbox and I see the SPRITES.PL file in the install folder, so i don't know.

I think i had a problem with this game too but i am not 100% sure. I will check it out at home and inform you if it was the same problem. Could it possybly be a core/cycles issue? Try to label your mounted CD_ROM too.

1.How did you mount this ISO
2.did you checked the Iso image if its not crc
3.is it the Egon version

will test it also and if its corrupted will upload my version

guess you don't have the patience , it doesn't "hang" or crash it just decompressed this file the whole install process took 3 min

Try the following settings:

1)Core Dynamic
2) Cycles value: 10.000

I have these settings. And I think that these settings helped me to install the game, because as i mentioned before i remember having a problem with this game too. After all i installed it and now it runs fine.

Thanks for all the help, guys. I'll try what you said.

No offense hfric, but I do believe I have patience. To me, the game just seemed to sit there doing nothing. I am not a DOSbox veteran.
I have installed MANY CD games on DOSbox and most if not all of them took well under one minute.

I guess I just got used to the speedy installation of other games, so I will try upping the cycles and waiting longer next time this happens to a game.
