These are all visual novel adventure games, all 18+ due to scenes of sexual content.

for the suggestions, I'll look into them. I don't add every hentai title, only the more popular or well-reviewed ones...or else the site would be too cluttered with them.

Both Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night were two of the bigger well recieved recent hentai titles, both were made into main stream anime series.
