Futuristic racing game search...

Hey guys thank you all for the uploads! Actually i'm searching for a specific game of that kind but i cannot recall any title cause it was many years ago when i played it.
I can remember that after the race you could choose from 3-4 different cameras (replay) and one of them was completely static (didn't follow the car or anything). I also remember good quality graphics but i think that's not helpful. I bet it was released from 1995 to 1998... And lastly if i remember right, at some points you could pick up diesel fuel in the road just the way you pick weapons in wipeout and you could make amazing drifts while the smoke was filling up the screen!
Any suggestions?????

What kind of racing was it? What cars or whatever where involved?

The cars were <futuristic> , Not racing cars like sega rally, neither formula 1 type exactly. The stages were like dirt-type with a lot of tunnels. Once you were inside you could drive a little bit <off> and do some tricks. If someone has played it, he would remember the really long-time amazing drifts you could make and the smoke!!!

Sounds a tad like Rollcage or Rollcage 2 to me.

Yeah they are alike but it's not it. Besides you could pick up some things - i only remember diesel fuel as i said in the beginning... Something like rollcage gameplay with more modern cars and more detailed enviroments perhaps. I just remembered that i was also playing time slaughter that time - if that can help anyone...

Did the game have 3rd or 1st person camera views? Maybe its PowerSlide? There was a lot of drifting and it looks like Rollcage to some degree.

Man this is amazing game, i saw it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vmu3Lui0nc0. It's looking like the one i want but it isn't because there is no smoke coming out. It was 3rd perspective, the camera was behind the car like most racing games but i can't tell for sure if you could changed it to 1rst (inside the car)..
Graphics, cars and drifts is close to powerslide but it had also TONS of smoke, and you could PICK UP items!!!
