Moving standalone games in 3DSLmod/tcs section to year pages

I want to standardize game listings on 3DSL as right now on the year pages we have some free fan-made games using engines such as:
Pie In The Sky 3D Game Creation System - Thundra, Chub Gam 3D, Colosso, Eternal Prison.
Source engine - Alien Swarm, Dinohunters, Shootout! The Game, The Kill Point Game

While, in the Mods/TCs page we put other free standalone fan-made games using major engines such as id's Tech engines and Unreal engines.

So, should I add the approximately 39 standalone mods/tcs to the year pages or move all the free games in year pages that use a known engine to the mods/tcs page? Or, should i put all free games in separate section of each year (similar to Special Area)?

I'm also planning to put Simulations in separate section for each year as well (Mechs, Hunting, Tanks, Aircraft, Helicopters, Submarines).

I think "Move all free games in year pages and standalone ones in mods/tcs to separate section in each year" would make most sense.

make four sections in each year :
1 released (gold background)
2 un-released (red or some light dark ash colour background)
3 mixed genre (blue background)
4 free games (green background)

rest goes to the mod section
