Re: File Sharing Hosts List
I decided to give it a go (freeuploads.fr). After uploading some files it apparently takes a couple of minutes before the links become ready for sharing. I've waited several hours by now but the files are still not available.
Even if it would work the site is no good for free users. After logging in you get the option to buy a premium account. The comparison table on that page shows that storage time for free users is only 10 days.

Re: File Sharing Hosts List
HI guys Iam suggesting using wuala.com its secured hosting
with stand alone application. after creating new account you will get 5gb of free space.
You are in control just of everything. You can share folders and files.
Iam suggesting to read manual just before using but its good

Re: File Sharing Hosts List
I've been using recently Fileden (http://www.fileden.com/). It limits bandwidth to 5 GB/month, and space to 1 GB, but provides... Direct links! Seems to work well.

Re: File Sharing Hosts List
well the question is
is it going to support any security standards
and the most important thing
is it going to really care for your files ?
files uploaded to wuala.com are there for at least few years for now

Re: File Sharing Hosts List
I've seen people using Vidzi on 3DSiso and Xbox360iso. It's nominally for videos, but you can store anything on it, and it's fast. The only thing is that it's invite only, but it seems you can earn an invite by contacting them and showing them proof of any uploading activity. Also, I can't figure out from the site how long it keeps files and that sort of thing. Might be worth playing with though? You don't seem to need an account to download from it - or at least, I downloaded stuff via Vidzi links on 3DSiso and Xbox360iso with no trouble.

Re: File Sharing Hosts List
Hey guys,
I've stumbled across 2 good sites that seem to use the same software. They're both foreign (indonesian and spanish?) and require free account in order to download, but they don't delete files, have few limits on size (I've seen files 17 GB in size uploaded), very good speed with no restriction as far as I can tell and you can search the entire site if you log in.
