Darn the site is offline due moving it, I'm a huge Blood fan and wonder about this Unofficial Level Pack.

Blood has many great assets, but the level design really could be better with those same assets.

So this is one of those compilation cd's which features levels that people made at home and uploaded to BBS/other resources, that are harvested, burnt on a disc, and sold without their knowledge. Oh well.

BTW, I see a Proper Rip Full Demo on the Outlaws entry. I remember that the CLS (Class) Rip crashed on level 4, because it required CD 2 of Outlaws. Back in the day I've done a fix for that problem, is it fixed in this Proper Rip you have here?

Yes, proper means it's fixed version of a previous faulty one. The fix for CLS rip is in link#4 for those who have that faulty rip but isn't required for the proper full demo.
