Edit: There is now a "No CD" crack, thanks to GigaWatt and the Polish version of the game.

i install the game than i launched than the config launch thand nothing happrens the game not run both in windows 7 and windows 10 can you tell how can i launch the game ? and tell me how can i use protection id software ?

I can't remember what protection this has, but "Protection ID" is just for identifying what protection is used on the game. You'll need a program such as Daemon Tools for mounting the disc image and emulating the protection. It'd be best to get it from the link that oldman posted.

According to a post elsewhere on the forum the game works with the latest version of Daemon Tools Lite and it is protected with TAGES. So you don't have any need to use protection id on that game. BTW it may not work in Windows 10 because of the protection, best to make the most of your efforts on Windows 7.

DT will not work for Protect CD5/6 aka Tages the german version of it ... for this you have to use VirtualCD v9.3.0.2 !!!!!! and redump that Image with this to .VC9 then this game will work ... also there was a Russian crack for this but dunno where to find it again ... it was back in 2005 dunno where is it now :/ Gamecopyworld or Gameburnworld do not have it

and To this DATE VirtualCD is the only program OUT THERE that can DUMP 1:1 TAGES games and make them work ... A tip for you Egon ... same goes with Starforce games !!! ... heck back when Gothic 3 came with Protect CD it was the only program out there that could run it and emulate/fool the protection

Just checked the image ... and huh the english version has Tages v5.4 ... then the German that has Protect CD5 and i am guessing the Russian was SF +3,5 ... will check something out

Yup just what i thought , checked the image with VirtualCD and it outed its missing 400 sectors from topological data to properly emulate the Copy protection

Its kinda bitchy to make tages Images it takes from 2h to 45 min for 700mb cd and 5h to 4h for dvd

dunno how this clone worked ? guess DT faked those 400 missing sectors that alcohol could not dump BUT Virtual CD can ...

ok so the Russian name is "Возвращение в Гайю" now to find this crack again ... found the russian version and its 1,546,570,332 BIG (two CD images with starforce 3.04 )... and not a 800mb broken clone now to find the crack

Does Windows 10 work with protect CD 5/6 ? if yes then this is the only version as of now working ... and the Russian that has a crack ...somewhere ... when i find it again or the German version ... then just copy paste the eng files to make it English
