Golly Ghosts Goal "home string error"

Hi guys,
Any of you managed to run this shit?
Application error "home string not found" in any OS I tried. Original uploader suggested to use W95 virtual machine but it didn't work.

Check the c:\windows\win.ini GGG segment:

Home=C:\GAME\

There's the string, it points to the correct dir it seems but still fails...

I had to put archive content in a virtual cdrom. It now starts. Still figuring out how to make midi music work. Unluckily he thought it was good to rip out all movie files, why?!?

Its a Japan game why not use Applocate or change the regional setting to Japan.... and jezzzzzz your brutal in the comment section on YT LOL... use the PM system to talk about those things, people are more at ease when you talk to them that way ...then out publicly

Applocate! That was what I was searching for, thanks!

LOL, I've read the Youtube comment section, he's politely asking for a full iso, or was there another post that was more brutal?

If anyone is interested I think I can make a DOSBOX/Win95 standalone version of this game now, I've dug up my old iso creation tools and am about to make a iso to mount under win95 using vcd9x

why on earth he bothered to share the game and he stripped out things? We are not in 1996 where you had to diminish size to save time and money due to low connection speed.

In any case, I followed your suggestion and I sent him a mail and yt pvt. I removed public message. I have to say for my experience A LOT of people doesn't care or they even don't discover when someone sent 'em private messages on youtube. I found some of them in the past in my channel and YT didn't bother to notice me about their presence.
