It works fine here. Beware the fake download buttons ads on 4shared page. The real download button has a cloud and down pointing arrow to right of Download in button to click. To the right of the download button is a share button.
4shared also has a 3GB daily download limit similar to mega.co.nz, so if you go over that amount, you have to wait a day to continue or use another account to login.

Yep, seems fake to me (buttons, not the vid itself), possibly due to ad-blocker or France or something (no offense ), either way it should already be known that in order to grab from 4shared ye either need to register, OR use a generator/leecher/gizmo (me uses cyber4shared.com , is good ). Anyhoo fer the mirror

I forgot to specify that I tested with and without Adblock, and I just tested with Tor, which produces exactly the same effect...
If we had to register to download files on 4shared, the site would have warned me
Everyone does not have the reflex to use cyber4shared to download a file on 4shared
Most people will not be able to download this file, and will use the Mediafire link
And I will have to use the executable downloaded from Mediafire to host it in another place, which will have no risk of being deleted for lack of sufficient downloads

You DO have to register on 4Shared in order to download files larger than a few MBs. It triggers the following popup when trying to start the download without account:

Once you are one the page seen in your video, you need to click the blue Download button. If the account warning doesn't appear, something may be blocking it.
