I just found this fix/hack tool for SH5...

Silent Hill Homecoming PC Fix v1.0 by Steam 006

Features:
- Allow 60 FPS
- Window mode (Recommended) - didn't work for me
- Patch hard-coded 720p resolution values
- Patch the resolution of the map and items
- Up to 8x multisampling
- Force VSync in fullscreen mode

Hacks
- Wireframe mode (F2)
- Wallhack (F3)
- Controllable map and item size (F4 and F5)
- Controllable FOV (Page up and Page down)
- Disable DirectX fog (F1)

Other
- Fix for a common crash
- Enable DEP (Data Execution Prevention) on SilentHill.exe
- Allow the game to use 4GB of RAM
- Most of these can be configured in Silent_Hill_Homecoming_PC_Fix.ini

Instalation:
- Start the game normally and set the resolution of your monitor in the options menu. Exit the game.
- Copy all the files to "Silent Hill Homecoming\Bin" folder
- Configure the width and height in Silent_Hill_Homecoming_PC_Fix.ini.
- Start the game with Silent_Hill_Homecoming_PC_Fix.exe.

For some reason it didn't work for me. Perhaps fix requires Steam version of the game. I own retail copy with few fixes applied. I'll check later if it works on freshly installed game

Yep, i moved ENB patch files and SHHPatcher to backup folder and it works - all features, hacks etc...

Few tests and experiments done, conclusion:
We can play SHH in higher resolution, with higher frame rate, smooth without crashes, we can change FOV, and much more. That is more than good, but...
I love all fixes and features of the ENB Series Patch

Didn't have time to do that before. Now i've tested it and... it's not good.
Game hungs and crashes quite often, especially during loading. Quick save doesn't work, checkpoint save worked for me only once. On screen items and aiming hud are dislocated...
