most 3d gamestudio games dont work at all for me anymore

that includes games like terminal machine 2003
war soldiers 2002
bhagat singh 2003
ardennes offensive 2004
when i try to run any of those games i get blackscreen for 1 second and the games close without any error messages
this started when i updated to the final version of windows 10 22h2
i have tried using dxwind
dgvoodoo 2
windows combability settings
running the exe as admin
but that issue stays so idk what to do anymore

Seconding the request in the hopes of ANY solution to this issue (vintage personal experience), which happens to start occurring after running an arbitrary amount of (more likely of the obscure kind) titles (regardless of settings applied or Windows versions methinks), and that I bypassed it by getting a different laptop instead unfortunately - crossing fingers for that Discord channel to happen to know a thing or two on the matter
