UPDATE: unsuccessful, my own copy's also Tages'd, at least it works on me W10 after installing the x64 drivers for it. Imma try making a clone image dump and temp upload afterwards if anyone's interested. Too bad

If your dump made by clonecd, daemon tools pro or whatever works without genuine cdrom, this is a good first step towards proper crack.
I used to do that for Rhymekidder in the past (yeah, I know Rhymekidder abandoned and he's no more into heavy cracking duties). But hopefully new fresh forces will take over.
There's at least Golem_x86 who cracked some minor protections (even if he said to me clearly that he never really had a look at Tages or Securom difficulty level drms),
Aclair & Basetta (these two are missing in action, right?). Plus there's a really skilled guy on rin forums who's doing great things versus heavily securom(ed) chinese titles.
I tried luring him here but he doesn't reply (ignore) pm's.

Clone dumped right the first time, DTProAD 5.2.0. on host XP SP2 with Shattered's instructions, installed and played on same host & an emulated IDE drive, works flawlessly attached to (and detached from) physical. Image split and pending upload this weekend (waiting for stable connection, plus to make scans along the way). Proven once again that Tages (and the game) works with updated drivers on W10, so hfric's problem may be that of emulation instead (will verify ASAP when I get hold of latest crk'd Tages&W10 compatible DTPro, or Alcohol, or something)...

Alas, demo EXE is partly compatible with full game, opening the game but crashing due to missing some files the demo had, I'm sure with little reversing a proper is possible (since only the EXE is wrapped, and I don't believe some full game's code is exclusively locked away in there alone)! A glimpse of hope after all this time!
