This is a small mod for the ' Empire bay mod' for Mafia 2.
It's a Russian made mod and this small file will give you an English in game gui.
It makes it a lot easier to see what you're able to do in the mod.

The main mod is v1.3.0. (600mb approx.)
and there is an update v1.31. out there too (73mb approx.)

I got the v1.3.0 mod from playgroundDOTru .
Here is a link for the v1.3.1 update (as links are dead for the update)
