Retail release, latest patched (2.1) Possibly (with applying fixes), but better not bother when there is a GOG digital release being offered, already with those modern system fixes (and more) further stabilising gameplay, making the retail obsolete

The original ISO is available on the site. You asked if it works on Windows 10, so that makes it a support question.

I say again，do not use GOG version or any update patch

there is a FPS Lock with GOG version and any update patch

and there is no any impotant improve during either of them

stay original ISO!
use Windows XP,lock system RAM to 1G before booting
use old gahpic card and old version of driver

this is good for you and the game
