History Civil War: A Nation Divided - Corrupted Graphics

Abandoned Witch here and I am having problems with History Channel Civil War since it shows corrupted graphics when I start the game. Cauldron HQ's other games that use CloakNT seem to work fine but not Civil War though.
I am running Windows 7, so compatibility mode perhaps?

Небольшая починка для новых систем.
1) Графика чуть нормализована.
2) Было несколько ошибок с DSound`ом, из-за чего местами отсутствовал звук и
сжиралась вся память вплоть до появления критической ошибки.
3) В папке "FPS" - длл с ограничением частоты кадров (безумное количество FPS может вызывать проблемы у некоторых).
Рекомендовал бы использовать его, т.к. меньше вероятность ошибок и меньше нагрузка на процессор.

Small fix for new systems.
1) Graphics are slightly normalized.
2) There were several errors with DSound, due to which there was no sound in places and
all memory was consumed until the appearance of a critical error.
3) In the "FPS" folder - dll with a frame rate limit (insane amount of FPS can cause problems for some).
I would recommend using it as less chance of errors and less load on the processor.

Note by me:
I just tried it on my 2080t 3900x Win10 system, there seems to be some untranslated text in the option menu, where it would say apply or something similar, instead I only see squares. The rest of the game remains in English though. I'm not sure if you have to replace the exe or not.

EXE replacement shouldnt be needed, there is still that bug with the squares in the option menu, but that might actually be a game issue.

Thanks for linking the fix! Now I was able to see how awful this game truly was! Sadly out of American Civil War FPSeses go, this is one of the more competent ones.

Your welcome, makes it worth "hunting" these fixes down. Keeping old hardware around is not really a solution that fits everyone
