Help finding a program

A long time ago i had a program that could read emails, wav and text files.

You could insert a picture of a person. then you pointed out where the mouth was and the eyes. And when it read the text files the eyes and mouth moved to the words.

Has anyone used this program or know one like it please give me the name of it.
