In 2006 there was a free Russian FPS game called UberSoldier, and it's NOT the crappy-ass jowood one that was sold and promoted for crappy physx card. They also did another FPS before that called -something- of Fortune or so but it's not Raven's Soldier of Fortune of course, even though it's still based on a quake2 foundation
There are NO free russian fPS. You're confusing with something else. About Ubersoldier, as far as I remember there was Soldier (shareware) but nothing is free.

Yes, there's no cyrillic language, but there are cyrillic letters (I guess that's what Narfous was referring to) and Russians are not the only one using them.

True. but greece language is cyrillic, too, but totally different.
The Greek language uses the Greek letters. (Surprise ) like alpha, beta, gamma, delta etc. (αβγδ... - ΑΒΓΔ...)
The Cyrillic is actually based on the Greek alphabet, but much different in many ways.
But there are some east European countries which use Cyrllic;I think, Bulgaria is one of them.
Let me just speak up for ignorant americans all across north america and say, it would so much easier if everybody just spoke english. You don't even have to speak it well, most americans can't.

It's very easy already. Nowadays almost every educated man in the world speaks (at least Tarzan) English. For most of the people at this forum (myself included) English is not the native language, but we all do our best to get ourselves understood.
What I really dread is the day China becomes a true superpower... having to learn chinese is gonna suck! Especially since even the chinese haven't decided which is the 'correct' dialect yet.
Well, I heard the basics of Chinese grammar and vocabulary can be picked up as easily as Engilsh but it's the advanced vocab, insane phonetics and writing that's killing al the fun

Actually I am, or was, a huge fan of Hong Kong movies. I used to buy boots from china all the time. The subtitles are so bad that you have to devlope at little understanding of spoken chinese to make it worthwhiled. I can tell Mandarin from Cantonese, I can catch enough words to tell when the subs are way off. But if I had to ask for directions to a bathroom in china... I'd probably just have to just use a bush.
