I've been using recently Fileden (http://www.fileden.com/). It limits bandwidth to 5 GB/month, and space to 1 GB, but provides... Direct links! Seems to work well.

Hmm, I press the ~ key, but nothing happens... I'm using DOSBox with the default key mapping (english, I think), but my keyboard has a spanish layout. The ~ key is at the left of the 1 (one).
