NeoRAGERx told me to burn the Images to a disc and play them off my actual CD drive. At first this didn't work. I was burning the images with Nero, and for some reason Nero doesn't burn the music data to the disc properly.
I tried using Alcohol 120% to burn the exact same images just earlier today, fired them up and guess what? IT WORKS PERFECTLY!
The above solution worked perfectly for both Virtua Fighter PC and Shadows of the Empire.
If anyone has trouble like this with their games, look no further.
Alcohol 120% shows you the tracks that are being burned to the CD. It shows both the data and the music tracks and burns them perfectly.
That's the end of this thread!!

This is exactly where I got the game I'm talking about.
The game installs, but there is no music.
I tried downloading the separate music file, but didn't know what to do with the mp3 files. how do I get them to play during the game?
Do you have the image mounted while you playing?
If yes then propably there's incompatibility with the windows you're using.
I haven't tried this game yet but i can see it has the audio intergrated with the image. Maby someone else knows more..
If the game is from 1996 there is a possibility that it requires to play real CD-Audio-Tracks.
In my opinion you should burn a mixed-mode-CD with the original game data and the MP3-files as audio tracks.
Thanks for the help, guys.
Yes, I have the image mounted while playing.
Maybe I could try it in a win 98 virtual PC.
How would I go about burning a mixed mode CD?
