Can't install PowerDoLLS 6

Abandoned Witch here and I am having problem installing the Japanese version of PowerDoLLS 6 (specifically the one which is actually the Caravan scene release) because apparently when I start installing the game (with Japanese locale) it gives an error regarding Program Files. I am installing the game to a different directory. it is Error 113

Has anyone installed PowerDolls6 on other directories other than program files?

Tried UniExtract on this, but the setup had no files, apparently.

Did you tired running it on a Japan version of Windows XP ... https://archive.org/details/WinXPProSP3Japanese
