The anime-inspired flying robot game offers 52 levels ranging from city
rooftops to the event horizon of a black hole. Inago Rage also offers
an integrated arena designer. Players first place architectural elements
such as platforms and towers using a simple drag-and-drop interface.
They can also specify where and when enemies and power-ups will generate.
Environmental elements such as fire and lighting can be created with
a single mouse click and combined to produce new effects. Players can
test their levels during the building process and share their creations
with other players via the game's website. Players battle hundreds of
mechanized enemies at once, donning rocket boots to fight both on the
ground and in the air. As players progress, a storyline illustrated
in graphic novel format introduces them to elements used in the game's
building stage. The game was later included free in Drunken Robot Pornography (2013) by the same developer. |
