Medal of Honor: Allied Assault - Spearhead | 2015 / Electronic Arts | 2002 | |

Nine new single-player and 12 new multiplayer levels
take you through Operation Overlord in Normandy, the Battle of the Bulge, and the
fall of Berlin. The parachute-behind-lines opening is as viscerally thrilling as
the original game's Omaha beach landing, while new touches like firing large
artillery and more computer-controlled squad mates ratchet up the thrills. Right
at the beginning of this first mission
pack for Medal Of Honor, one rushes from the sky and into a renewed tumultous
fight. Clearly more scripted events are expected by the player and this
causes you to lose your breath. Also the engine was reworked a little,
it now offers more effects which hinder, however, clearly on the performance.
This time with one has whole rows of trees on the surface of the earth
to trek through. More often one fights in a team, however, you can spot
over and over again the fact that certain companions do not die. In explosions
and action Spearhead is much more intensive than the original, but is
also much shorter in time and in the pleasure of playing it. Good players
will have no problems in 4-5 hours to finish it. Also new multiplayer
maps and weapons were given to the mission pack. A total of one good mission
pack is agreeable, but the short playing time in singleplayer missions
is a disappointment.
