This is a third-person rail shooter game, starring Marisa Kirisame and based upon Space Harrier, a 1985 arcade game released by Sega. Set in Gensokyo, in a pseudo 3D background, Marisa is armed only with a cannon, as she rushes forward, running or flying around enemy fire, while shooting back with fireballs. Similar to the original game, it has a total of 18 levels, each containing a boss at the end. Players can repeat the desired level only if they successfully completed all of the existing levels. |
