Literally translated as Maritan in Hell, this is a cute military action shooting game based upon Magical Marine Pixel Maritan, a series of books and audio cds that focus on teaching good manners and the English language to Japanese kids. The game featuring Sergeant Maritan along with one of selected partner; Navy-san, Army-san and Jiei-tan who will help in a limited time. The player's ultimate objective is similar to Metal Slug series where the player is breaking through enemy defenses and defeat a boss at the end of each level. The player begins with two weapons: a pistol and grenades. The ammunition supply for both items is unlimited, so there is no need to acquire ammunition during gameplay. |
