MONKEYS of DOOM is as brutal and gory... but with funny cartoon-optics. The game is based on idtech3, so those who had fun with QUAKE III ARENA & co. should check it out. It provides everything - and even more - one can expect from a 3D-cartoon-shooter: Nude women, naked men, aggressive apes, blood, bones, guts and innards, innovative killing-devices, inviting surroundings under breathtaking skies...etc. Motto for sketches was: Draw as few lines as possible... Not with a graphics-card-friendly low polycount in mind, the outlines would double that anyway... But for abstractions-sake. |
