Battlefield Heroes is a free game from the team behind Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 2. Its fun cartoon-style graphics and gameplay caters to players of all skill levels. It is easy to pick up and play but with robust character customization and a deep online meta-game, gamers can spend hours building up their characters and conquering the world. And who has nevertheless a few euros remaining can these in so called "Battlefunds" exchange. With this virtual currency can buy her a better equipment, better weapons or better opportunities for advancement. The game was shut down on July 14th, 2015. There is a fan-made mod called Battlefield Heroes '42 that recreates the game in Battlefield 1942 but only in singleplayer where you can play with bots. |
