This is a good survival horror clone of Resident Evil crossed with Egyptian
themes and mummies instead of zombies. It involves a statue called the
Eye of Isis in a museum in Britain, thiefs and occult happenings. Choose
to play either Dr. Darien Dane or his assistant, Victoria Sutton. Each
character has different scenarios to complete to reach the same objective. You
go from investigating the museum to the London sewers to a train station
to a cargo ship headed to Egypt and finally a pyramid. Locate and use a
variety of weapons including a shotgun, rifle, pistol, truncheon, crossbow,
flame-thrower and mortar gun. The puzzle elements
are all quite easy. The graphics in this though are good including locales,
character animations and some nice monsters, and sustain a scary atmosphere.
There are a few glitches in gameplay but overall the decent story rounds
out a nice game worth playing. |
